    BlueWater Federal is looking for an entry level Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus Ohio area.  You will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders


    • Assist and develop the circuit requirement during the Order Entry phase of the Provisioning Process.
    • Enter and update configuration and administrative changes in the configuration management databases.
    • Liaison with the DCCC, NOCs, DISA Global Team, and OSS in resolving mission partner issues.
    • Provide and ensure technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control with all DISA standards.
    • Support senior staff as required and ensure customer requirements and project milestones are met.


    • 2+ years of general experience is required; IT background is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Any exposure to Network Provisioning including WWOLS, MSS, DISA Storefront is preferred
    • SmartSheet and Telecommunication Service Request (TSR) order preparation experience also preferred
    • Must have an active Secret clearance or have the ability to obtain one
