    Summary

     

    BlueWater Federal is looking for a Principal Systems Architect to support two branches, Records and Research Branch (RRB) and Content and Collaboration Branch (CCB) within Joint Staff (JS); Secretariat, Joint Staff (SJS); Information Management Division (IMD) at the Pentagon and, occasionally, at the JS Hampton Roads in Suffolk, VA.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide analysis, guidance, maintenance, development, program management, and policy support for the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework
    • Develop and configure JS Life Cycle management of data, documents, content, records, and information management requirements
    • Implement program information technology support for the Records and Information Management (RIM) programs
    • Identify and create requirements for electronic file management
    • Perform gap analysis of Electronic Information Systems (EIS) across the JS enterprise in their ability to meet Electronic Records Management (ERM) requirements
    • Develop a project plan and schedule to be implemented across the JS enterprise
    • Support change management requirements by providing recommendations, obtaining approvals, and assisting with implementation
    • Draft a Risk Guide using the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework (RMF) to better manage the risks associated with operating an information system

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems Administration, or other discipline; Masters’ degree preferred
    • 8+ years of experience in Principal/lead engineering positions with training and industry/government credentials.
    • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
