    Summary

     

    The Federal/Civilian Capture Manager is responsible for winning new business by leveraging our current portfolio of GWAC and Departmental IDIQs (Alliant Small Business, Alliant 2 Small Business, OASIS Pool 1 Small Business, SeaPort-e, and IT-70 (132-51 & 132-56)), as well as full-and-open opportunities posted on FBO. Target client organizations include: DHS, EPA, DOJ, DOS, DOT, and DHA. Core Capabilities include: End-User Services, Enterprise IT, Networks, Systems, App/Dev, Cyber/IA, Program/Project Management, Logistics, and Mission Systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform capture activities on opportunities that have been identified and qualified by the sales organization, as well as opportunities that they independently identify and qualify.
    • Prepare, present, and mature opportunities using corporate CRM system and following approved capture processes
    • Mature, active network of Government and Contractor contacts relevant to the Fed/Civ marketplace
    • Develop and execute effective call plans to identify, establish, and leverage relationships with senior officials, program stakeholders, contracting officers, and industry partners
    • Lead strategy sessions to develop win themes; discriminators; technical solutions; management solutions; pricing solutions; competition; strengths/weaknesses; features/benefits; and risks/mitigations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 10+ years of business development/capture experience-with 5 years at senior level
    • Demonstrated/verifiable success in capturing and winning contracts and task orders valued up to $500M
    • CRM systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, etc)
    • Expert at developing and presenting information to senior executives, customers, and partner organizations
    • Exceptional understanding of government contracting and acquisition trends
    • Shipley Business Development Certification is desired.
    • Must be able to travel up to 30%.
