    BlueWater is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a website development and contract operations team for a Department of Homeland Security contract in Arlington, VA.


    • Management of web development and administrative personnel
    • Oversight of activities including conference/meeting planning and support, application development, security reviews, and monthly project reviews.


    • 7 + years of Project management experience.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
    • DHS Secret EOD Suitability is required
    • Understanding of PMBOK PMP principles, PMP certification is desired.
    • Agile Scrum methodology (ideally with CSM certification)
    • High-level understanding of web technologies (Drupal)
    • Strong understanding of web development methodologies
    • Microsoft Project
