    BlueWater Federal is looking for a talented Network Customer Care Specialist to provide front line circuit provisioning support within DISA. The individual will act as a liaison to strengthen communications with the customer, support the network provisioning/network design cell; and provide deep-dive research into individual circuit requirements as well as standard troubleshooting or systems support.

    Responsibilities

    • Assume responsibility of customer interactions and follow through.
    • Work in DSF to assist and develop the circuit requirement during the Order Entry phase of the Provisioning Process.
    • Enter and update configuration and administrative changes in the configuration management databases.
    • Liaison with the DCCC, NOCs, DISA Global Team, and OSS in resolving mission partner issues.

     

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following areas: Helpdesk support, Technical writing or service desk support.
    • Must have an active Secret clearance.
    • Experience in any of the following areas is highly desired: WWOLS, DISA Storefront (DSF), MetaSolv (MSS), WWOLS-R and BMC / ITSM ticketing software.
