    BlueWater Federal is looking for a Building Partner Capacity Coordinator/Senior Plans Analyst to provide technical support to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine and procedures for the establishment.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of major command programs.
    • Participate in the development of overall joint system concepts, designs and technical approaches to meet broadly stated requirements and objectives.
    • Support top-level system analysis, perform trade studies, perform technical optimizations, and develop high-level designs.
    • Support the development of complex operations or technical documentation, conduct reviews and deliver presentations and direct and participate in all phases of joint system review and development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred
    • 5+ years of CBRN/CWMD and/or Joint Staff experience
    • 3+ years of experience in supporting operations within the USCENTCOM AOR
    • Experience interfacing with other Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency, and State Partnership Programs (SPP)
    • Extensive experience working with the various regional Offices of Military Cooperation and Country Desk Officers of a Combatant Command (USCENTCOM preferred)
    • Broad knowledge of CWMD and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense
    • Requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
