    The CWMD Analyst and Planner will support high visibility CWMD planning efforts to include multi-lateral and bi-lateral engagements and planning; serving as an SME in working with the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) partner nations in support of CWMD capacity building and planning efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop CWMD-related recommendations to the Unified Command Plan, the National Strategy for CWMD, the National Military Strategy for CWMD, and contribute, as required, in providing input to the development of the Guidance for the Employment of the Force and Joint Strategic Capabilities plans focused on their CWMD portions.
    • Providing technical support to directorate input to the Deputy Commander-approved Joint Quarterly Readiness Review and synchronizing CWMD-related inputs
    • Develop and recommend for publication all USCENTCOM CWMD-related DoD publications, instructions and directives.
    • Routinely access and update the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS).

    Qualifications

    • Must hold an Active TS/SCI clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred
    • 5+ years CBRN/CWMD and/or Joint Staff experience
    • 3+ years of experience in supporting operations planning within the USCENTCOM AOR
    • Broad knowledge of CWMD and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense
    • Extensive experience at all levels of staff organization and a working knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and the requirements development process and unit readiness assessment and reporting
