    The CWMD Partner Nation Capabilities Analyst/SME shall be able to plan the sequence of key events and milestones for their respective functional areas pertaining to bilateral and multilateral exercises and be able to develop methods of evaluating the effectiveness of those planning actions.



    • Provide direct CWMD Partner Nation Capabilities Analysis support to the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) Plans and Policy Directorate (J5) CWMD Division
    • Utilize extensive experience with the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
    • Take initiative to advance Combatant Command (CCMD) approaches to meeting partner nation capability analysis objectives with only minimal direction


    • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and eight (8) or more years of qualifying experience; Master's degree is preferred.
    • Must have 5+ years of CBRN/CWMD and/or Joint Staff experience
    • 3+ years of experience in supporting operations within the USCENTCOM AOR
    • Broad knowledge of CWMD and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense
    • Extensive experience at all levels of staff organization and a working knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and the requirements development process and unit readiness assessment and reporting
    • Broad knowledge of the CWMD mission to include knowledge of CBRN materials, threats, effects and mitigation, including knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies regarding strategic direction, policy guidance, budgeting and current activities and initiatives regarding CWMD responsibilities in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
    • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
