    BlueWater is looking for an individual to support high visibility CWMD planning efforts to include multi-lateral and bi-lateral engagements and planning; serving as SME in working with USCENTCOM partner nations in CWMD capacity building and planning efforts.



    • Provide planning and assessment support to the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) Plans and Policy Directorate (J5) CWMD Division
    • Utilize demonstrated knowledge of DoD organizations and agencies, experience with operations supporting a Combatant Command Headquarters or senior level government agency, and experience as a senior level professional on a multi-disciplinary team
    • Leverage understanding of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and applicable AOR CWMD campaign and contingency plans in support of mission objectives
    • Provide updates to the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
    • Take initiative to advance Combatant Command (CCMD) approaches to meeting objectives with only minimal direction


    • Must hold an Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
    • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline applicable to the effort
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and eight (8) or more years of qualifying experience can be substituted for a Master's degree
    • Five (5) years CBRN/CWMD and/or Joint Staff experience
    • Three (3) years of experience in supporting operations planning within the USCENTCOM AOR
    • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
    • Broad knowledge of CWMD and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense
    • Extensive experience at all levels of staff organization and a working knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and the requirements development process and unit readiness assessment and reporting
    • Broad knowledge of the CWMD mission to include knowledge of CBRN materials, threats, effects and mitigation, including knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies regarding strategic direction, policy guidance, budgeting and current activities and initiatives regarding CWMD responsibilities in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
