BlueWater Federal is looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to support the US Army Reserve Command (USARC) at Ft. Bragg and join our dynamic Cybersecurity Team. This team developed and operated the Army Reserve Network (ARNet). The ARNet is an unclassified network of over 65,000 work stations and over 4000 servers and network devices supporting approximately 205,000 total Army Reserve personnel to include military, civilian, and contractors.  The USARC has over 138 systems and applications currently hosted and utilized on the ARNet

Responsibilities

  • Provide Cybersecurity support services and solutions necessary to satisfy the USARC CIO/G-6 LOE using Best Business Practices (BBP).
  • Provide service support to all USAR networks with full spectrum Cybersecurity processes to ensure the defense and protection of all government and DoD information systems.
  • Review, verify, and report findings for privileged level account requests utilizing USAR ARAMP and Army Training Certificate Tracking System (ATCTS) for all USAR networks; maintain 100% DoD 8570.1-M compliance.
  • Provide O&M support with integration and management of emerging and existing technologies for Common Access Card (CAC) / Public Key Infrastructure Program for all USAR networks.
  • Provide O&M support for user level SIPRNET token cards for SIPRNET access and Alternate Smart Cards for administrator level access to all USAR networks, to include duties as Enhanced Trusted Agent and Trusted Agent duties i.e., issue and configure tokens.
  • Provide management and direct support for the ordering, issuing, auditing, and incident response for NIPR and SIPR networks token cards.
  • Implement and maintain Alternate Smart Card Login for all USAR networks, to include ARAMP request and validation of DoD 8570.1-M compliance in ATCTS.
  • Provide Identity Management support by creating, modifying, and removing account IDs, passwords, and account records.
  • Perform maintenance activities and provide management and maintenance of certificates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ Years of cybersecurity experience
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • DoD 8570 IAT I or IAM I Certification (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, CAP, GSLC, or Security+ CE plus CompTIA Security + or equivalent) is required
