BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Manager to support the US Army Reserve Command (USARC) at Ft. Bragg and join our dynamic Cybersecurity Team. This team developed and operated the Army Reserve Network (ARNet). The ARNet is an unclassified network of over 65,000 work stations and over 4000 servers and network devices supporting approximately 205,000 total Army Reserve personnel to include military, civilian, and contractors.  The USARC has over 138 systems and applications currently hosted and utilized on the ARNet.

Responsibilities

  • Develop policy, implement security procedures, review security practices, and evaluate security of the cybersecurity program
  • Ensure performance meets applicable laws, policies, memorandums, directives and regulations as required for the performance of the work related to this PWS
  • Utilize cybersecurity processes to ensure the defense and protection of all government and DOD information systems, application systems, stand-alone systems, and applications
  • Provide RMF validation of the USAR networks for the cybersecurity Program Division Cybersecurity Program Management functions consist of information systems confidentiality, availability, integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation and USARC CIO/G-6 Lines of Effort using BBP.
  • Provide recommendations on Cybersecurity policy and procedures to mitigate Cybersecurity vulnerabilities, manage the cybersecurity training program, conduct process reviews to ensure all cybersecurity functions adhere to established regulations and guidelines, and the deployment of systems and practices that maintain the protection, detection, and reaction capabilities of the USAR networks.
  • Provide overall program management for the task order. This includes general program management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, contract management, financial management, data management, and quality assurance.
  • Provide technical and functional activities required for integration of all tasks specified within this PWS to include productivity and management methods such as quality assurance, progress, and status reviews.
  • Provide all centralized administrative, clerical, documentation and related functions for cybersecurity, such as reporting, tracking, and maintaining the knowledge management website for the USARC CIO/G-6 Cybersecurity Branch and USARC CIO/G-6, Cybersecurity Program Management Division policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactics, Techniques, & Procedures (TTPs), and training materials.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ Years of Program management experience.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • PMP Certification is required
  • DoD 8570 IAM III Certification (CISM, CISSP, or GSLC plus CompTIA Security + or equivalent) is required
