The Business Analyst Junior supports the identification and assessment of risks associated with acquisition implementation approaches


Identify and assess risks associated with acquisition implementation approaches for supported acquisitions.

   Provide support to the planning and execution of end-to-end acquisition lifecycle functions.

   Provide support and make recommendations to acquisition strategies, plans, and processes

   Support the acquisition streamlining initiatives for new programs and capabilities under development.

   Support the client in market research activities as required by the Government.

   Draft acquisition documents (e.g., Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, SOWs, Task Orders), and other required solicitations/contract attachments.

   Support Request for Proposal (RFP) development and coordination activities.

   Identify, formulate, and collect documents for inclusion in Contractor Bidders' Library for supported acquisitions.

   Conduct programmatic and risk analysis and provide strategic recommendations for activities or projects in the acquisition cycle.

   Support source selection evaluation activities as an advisor to the Source Selection Evaluation Team.

   Applies management analysis processes, statistical methods and advanced technical and analytical research techniques to determine solutions based on client requirements.

         Analyzes operational activities to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making and resource allocation.



   Active TS/SCI

   Bachelors Degree

   Minimum of 2 years of related experience within the Intelligence Community



   Active CI Poly or Lifestyle Poly

   DODI 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level I certification

   Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or mathematics are preferred

   Experience in DoD and IC, specifically the COMM Directorate of the NRO

         Knowledge of and experience with DoD and Intelligence community technology insertion and transition programs
