Overview

Be a part of an innovative cybersecurity government website. Works directly with customer in determining website requirements and needed revisions throughout the entire development cycle process. Works with the Supervisory Office (SO) team members to gather requirements and to publish content on a public-facing website. Support client requirements and fact-check content prior to website publication. Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and works with system stakeholders to define and document user requirements. Prepares brief articles, and specific content for the internal employee web page, and other correspondence related to the case-management system. Serves as a liaison between the business owner and various stakeholders, as well as, the development team. Drafts, revises, updates, and publishes Web content per client requests. Processes strong organization and planning skills and the ability to learn how to conduct Section 508 testing on PDF documents. Track and maintain requirements and action items. Monitor the website inbox, engage with stakeholders, support conferences, provide daily/weekly/monthly reports for Supervisory Office support activities. Recommend solutions for improvements to the current website.

•    Eager to talk to and to interact with different types of Cybersecurity customers.

 

Minimum of a high school graduate with a career focus in IT or a cybersecurity career.

Previous experience in managing webcontent a plus

An active DHS EOD is highly desirable or the ability to obtain a DHS clearance.

Bachelors Degree in an IT discipline a plus.
